    Honda Hydraulic Anti-Dive

    Combination Cartridge and Damping Rod
    GL1800 Gold Wing 2001 - 2017

This instruction covers the Damping Rod leg only.

The Damping Rod does not have a Bottoming Cone.

The modification consists of removing and discarding the stock Anti-Dive Check Valve hardware and adding one set of additional compression feed holes between the circlip grooves.
  Add two 8mm (5/16" compression feed holes between the two circlip grooves (one drill through both walls). Deburr inside and out.

Be sure to setup the Emulator valving and fork spring preload according to the DVS Setup Sheet. Install the recommended fork oil. See Standard Emulator Instructions.
